Dancing is one the few human activities that remain uncontrolled by machines, and yet nightclubs are all about mechanics where masses of people move like robots to electronic music. This complex relationship between man and machine is where NSDOS comes into play. How to enhance the human experience of nighclubbing ?
Using the latest technology to enable the crowd to interact with his show, NSDOS allows clubbers to trade place with him, to feel what he feels. The anonymity of the regular nightclub is transformed into a human collective experience as each clubber is given back a sense of connectivity to others and to the show itself.
Clubbing Sequence is all about subtletly altering the pleasurable DNA of the nightclub scene.
Clubbing Sequence proposes a new way of experiencing the relationship between the DJ/producer, the nightclub and the clubber by giving a voice to what NSDOS calls the « Augmented Clubber ». As an interactive, immersed and pluridisciplinary performance, Clubbing Sequence introduces the concept of the « Smartclub », welcome to the nightclub of the future.

We have made the first performance at LA GAITÉ LYRIQUE after a week of residency in this Paris digital art hotspot.
